Open Science in Archaeology
Open Science in Archaeology article now out!
The title says it all! Our new article about the need for Open Science methods in archaeology has just come out in this months SAA Archaeological Record. The issue is freely available to read (Online version, PDF version), and marks the collaboration of 48 coauthors(!) led by Ben Marwick at the University of Washington. The article also marks the initiation of the new Open Science Interest Group (OSIG) of the Society for American Archaeology.
